Framework Distortion (Warping)
Risk Addressed
Framework Distortion (Warping)
Milling removes up to 80% of the disc volume. In standard discs, this release of mass unbalances internal stress vectors, causing the 'spring-back' effect. ValidTi PRO undergoes a 12-hour proprietary vacuum annealing cycle to neutralize these vectors before the disc ever reaches your mill.
